Mrs. Nykol Cauhape - Student Support Liaison
Mrs. Cauhape serves as the Student Support Liaison at Andrews Elementary, where she is dedicated to building strong, positive relationships across the school community.
Originally from Artesia, New Mexico, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Human and Family Studies with a focus on Elementary Education from Texas Tech University, followed by a Master of Education in Instructional Technology.
Her career in education has included teaching third grade, serving as a team leader, and working as an Instructional/Dyslexia Specialist at Hughston Elementary. She also holds a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) certification, reflecting her commitment to supporting students with a wide range of learning needs.
Mrs. Cauhape is passionate about helping educators create engaging, student-centered classrooms. Through collaboration and coaching, she supports teachers in exploring innovative practices, fostering continuous growth, and inspiring students to develop a lifelong love of learning.
